Download Help & FAQs
A few helpful things to know before choosing a printable from WithGratefulHeart.
Will I receive a physical product?
No. Our Etsy products are digital downloads. Please read the individual listing to see exactly which files are included.
Where do I buy and find my files?
Complete your purchase through our Etsy shop and follow the download instructions supplied with your order. Keep your order details handy if you need help.
Can I print at home?
Check the file format, page size and printing instructions for your chosen product. Print one test page before printing the full set. Colours can vary between screens, printers and paper.
Are all files editable?
Editing options vary. Only expect editable, fillable or customisable files when the individual listing specifically includes them.
What should I check before starting a craft project?
Read the materials list, measurements, skill guidance and any design-draft or testing notes in the listing and files. Do not assume that every collection has the same format or level of instructions.
Can I share or resell the downloads?
Check the licence and permitted uses provided with your product. Purchasing a download does not automatically include permission to share the files or resell them.
